Doris is a BS Business Administration [Major in Marketing] graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. She obtained units in Masters in Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
A CES eligible, Doris rose from the ranks, starting as Presidential Staff Assistant when she joined PMS in 1981. She has been assigned to various units in PMS, serving as supervisor of the Document Tracking System, Planning and Monitoring Unit, Social Programs and Policy Office, and National Programs Monitoring and Information Office. Doris was also Chief Action Officer of the KABISIG Kabuhayan Center, a one-stop-shop information center on government livelihood programs and projects. She is presently the Deputy Head of the Administrative and Management Office.

Meng is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the Adamson University. She has been serving PMS for fifteen years (15). She is involve heavily in social development and project development.
At present, Meng is the Deputy Head of the Office for Special Projects (OSP), which provides technical support to the Office of the President in the management of the President's Social Fund (PSF) and Other Special Funds.

Tony is an Agricultural Engineering graduate of the Central Luzon State University. He earned his Master's Degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
Before joining PMS in 1991, Tony worked in several government institutions like the Technology and Livelihood Resource Center (TLRC), Ministry of Human Settlements (MHS) and the National Irrigation Administration (NIA). He has undertaken technical training in Cattle Production and Farm Management in Toyota City, Japan.
Tony was part of the PMS's Integrated Livelihood Rehabilitation Program for Earthquake Victims [of the July 1991 earthquake] as field coordinator. He also worked in various policy units of PMS. Today, Tony is the Deputy Head of the Agri-Industrial and Infrastructure Policy Office (APO).

Toti is a BS-Business Management Graduate of the University of the Philippines-College Cebu. She is a candidate for a Master's Degree in Public Administration [Major in Public Policy] at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
She joined PMS in 1981 as Senior Presidential Staff Assistant. A CES eligible, Toti has been involved with various operating units of PMS, such as those for regional operations, policy evaluation, and program management. Toti is the Deputy Head of the Directives Monitoring Unit.

Susan is an AB Economics graduate of the University of the Philippines. She earned her Master's Degree in Public Policy from the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.
Before joining PMS in 1989, Susan had worked in several government institutions like the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), the Metropolitan Manila Commission (now the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority), and the Philippine Information Agency.
A CES eligible, Susan is the Deputy Head of the Social Policy Office.

Jean is an AB Tourism graduate of La Consolacion College, Mendiola, Manila. She obtained units for a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Graduate School.
Jean joined PMS in 1983 as Senior Staff Assistant of the then Economic Policy Review and Evaluation Office and has risen from the ranks. She went on to become acting supervisor in the Directives Monitoring Unit.
She is presently the Deputy Head of the Programs and Directives Monitoring Office which is in charge of monitoring the President's priority programs, projects and directives arising from Cabinet meetings, Presidential engagements, and major statements.

A consistent scholar and Dean's Lister, Grace is a "cum laude" BS-Economics
graduate of the University of Sto. Tomas [UST], Manila. She obtained her
Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the Universiteit te Leuven, Belgium,
as a scholar of the Belgian government. She has also earned some units for her
Phd in Economics at the UST as a scholar of the Henry Wong Scholarship Foundation.
Grace joined PMS in 1986 as Presidential Staff Officer of the then Economic
Policy Programs Evaluation Office (EPPEO). She spent most of her career in
PMS doing policy work. In 1988-1991, she was assigned as technical staff of
the then PMS Deputy Head. Twice she was detailed to the Office of the Executive
Secretary to provide technical support to then Executive Secretaries Alexander
Aguirre and Oscar Orbos. In 2003, she became the technical staff of the present
PMS Deputy Head.
Grace is now the Officer-in-Charge of the President's Personnel Group Secretariat
[PPGS].
