INVITATION TO BID
  • The Office of the President-Presidential Management Staff (OP-PMS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested Government Electronic Procurement System (G-EPS) registered manufacturers, suppliers or distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the procurement of the following:
    Procurement of Business Laptop Computers for the PMS*

    Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. They should also have their Income Tax Returns (ITRs) duly filed through the Bureau of Internal Revenue's Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS) for FYs 2006, 2007 and 2008, in accordance with Executive Order No. 398, Series of 2005, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
