(April 29, 2008) U.P. CHARTER SIGNED INTO LAW--President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo signs into law the U.P. Charter of 2008 in the presence of Speaker Prospero Nograles and Sen. Francis Pangilinan at the Conference Hall of the library building of the U.P. Visayas.
