(May 7, 2008) Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo stands in the briefing area prior to the inauguration of the Bangkulasi Pumping Station and Floodgate (KAMANAVA area flood control and drainage system improvement project in the R-10 Bridge Navotas City). The Bangkulasi drainage area covers a total of 75 ha. bounded in the north by Malabon River; in the east by Navotas-Marala River; in the south by C-3 road; and in the west by R-10 Road. With the President is JBIC chief representative Hiroshi Togo.
